Led by Prof. Dr. Cengiz

Prof. Dr. Cengiz graduated from Istanbul University’s Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and specialized in General Surgery at Bezm-i Alem Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital. He served as a General Surgery specialist at Siirt State Hospital and later became chief assistant at Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He pursued a master’s degree in liver transplantation, Bile Duct, and Pancreatic Surgery and led the Liver Transplant unit at Haydarpaşa Numune. In 2019 he was awarded “Most Successful Obesity Surgery of the Year” by the Türkiye Awards.
